Multiracial America

Multiracial Americans are at the forefront of social and demographic change in the United States. They are young, proud, tolerant and growing at a rate three times as fast as the population as a whole. The increase in the multiracial population within the United States will undoubtedly create need for state and federal entities to create forms and documents that account for these changes. 

For this project, I wanted Americans to understand and appreciate our changing population. The campaign showcases hybrid flowers as a metaphor for multiracial Americans. The audience will see the beauty of the flowers first and then recognize the issue of our changing population. In this situation, the audience will hopefully see that being multiracial is a beautiful part of our culture and is something to be celebrated.
